Client Challenge
Our client, a UK-based ultra-luxury, growing private members club required a hands-on, tech-savvy IT Manager who could take ownership of its IT infrastructure, while supporting a demanding, service-led environment, for its newest club based in New York.
The successful individual needed to combine technical expertise with outstanding stakeholder management, ensuring business-critical systems remained secure, reliable and scalable. The role required someone who could:
Lead IT operations and manage external vendors. Support end-users across Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office and iOS devices. Oversee network infrastructure including Meraki, Cisco and Azure. Drive IT security, operational reliability and continuous technology improvements.
The ideal candidate would bring:
5+ years' experience in IT support and IT management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems and administration. Desirable experience with Tevalis, NetSuite, Salesforce, SevenRooms, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), together with ITIL, CompTIA or Microsoft certifications.
