Tairona is a dedicated recruitment professional with a multifaceted background spanning both hospitality management and recruitment consultancy. REC qualified (Cert RP) and an Associate CIPD professional, she focuses on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, providing honest advice and tailored recruitment solutions to meet specific business needs.
Prior to joining FM Recruitment, Tairona spent more than five years with Corbin & King in a variety of managerial positions. During this time, she managed a broad range of responsibilities including staff management, recruitment, training and day-to-day operations.
Combining her professional recruitment qualifications with hands-on operational hospitality experience, Tairona has a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and a proven ability to identify, attract and support exceptional talent across the hospitality sector.
