About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the hotel finance function and support the continued success of our client's luxury resort. Surrounded by breathtaking alpine scenery and offering world-class hospitality, this is an exciting opportunity to combine career progression with an exceptional lifestyle.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the finance department, leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Income Audit and the Finance Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, compliance, audit support, cash flow management and driving financial performance across the property.
About You
You will have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years' finance experience, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience with hotel finance systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the US as sponsorship will not be provided.
