About the Role

Are you a technically strong finance professional looking for your next step within a high-growth international business?

We're exclusively partnering with an ambitious, private equity-backed organisation that is expanding rapidly across Europe. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Group Financial Reporting Manager to join their high-performing finance team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where you'll have genuine exposure to senior leadership, strategic projects and business transformation.

This role is office based - Monday to Friday.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate Group financial reporting, managing treasury activities, overseeing debt reporting and supporting the continued evolution of the finance function.

This is a broad and highly visible position, offering exposure across multiple entities and international operations while giving you the opportunity to influence processes and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Group treasury activities including cash management, forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Manage lender reporting, loan covenant compliance and debt administration.
  • Prepare quarterly owner and shareholder reporting.
  • Oversee accounting for debt, interest, treasury transactions and hedging.
  • Manage intercompany funding and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
  • Act as the key contact for banking relationships and administration.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, legal advisers and senior management.
  • Lead and develop a Financial Accountant.
  • Drive finance process improvements and support business-critical transformation projects.

About You

You'll be a qualified accountant from one of the big 10 accounting firms  (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical accounting expertise and experience working within a Group Finance environment.

You'll also bring:

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
  • Experience within multi-entity or international organisations.
  • Treasury, debt or cash management experience.
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite being advantageous.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge processes and identify improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
  • A hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Candidates should be eligible to work in the UK as sponsorship will not be provided.

Why Join?

  • Join a rapidly growing international organisation with exciting expansion plans.
  • Broad exposure across Group Finance, treasury and strategic projects.
  • Work closely with an experienced senior leadership team.
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression as the business continues to scale.
  • A collaborative, ambitious and supportive culture where your ideas will be valued.
  • Competitive salary, bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working with modern offices in London Bridge.

If you're looking for a role that combines technical accounting, commercial exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing international business, we'd love to hear from you.
